The coating is electrostatically applied and cured into a hard, uniform layer that stands up to years of daily service, cleaning, and handling. We build our towers primarily from food-grade stainless steel and brass. Both are proven materials for draft dispensing — corrosion-resistant, cleanable, and structurally sound for the life of the equipment.

The parts that contact beer are made from food-safe materials chosen for food contact — selected for their composition and their resistance to the conditions of use in a dispensing system. Food-contact safety for draft equipment in Canada is administered through Health Canada and the corresponding provincial regulations, and we build to those requirements.
