Product Warranty
1. Scope of Warranty
Fût Mauricie guarantees that all its products — including beer towers, drip trays, and accessories (taps, glass rinsers, drains, handles, etc.) — are designed and manufactured to meet the highest quality standards and are free from defects in materials or workmanship at the time of delivery.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable without written authorization from Fût Mauricie.
2. Warranty Coverage

| Excessive condensation | Case-by-case (up to 1 year) | Evaluated case by case, depending on the tower model and the insulation level specified in the order. Environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, and installation type are considered. |
| Paint or coating defects | Upon delivery | Any visual defect or non-conformity must be reported within 10 days of product receipt. |
| Copper or brass patina | — | Not covered. Patina is a natural and expected aging process of these materials. |
3. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, improper installation, modification, misuse, or negligence.
- Damage caused by insufficient maintenance, exposure to harsh chemicals, or extreme environmental conditions.
- Normal color or texture variations on copper, brass, or painted surfaces.
- Normal condensation, or condensation proportional to the insulation level specified for the product.
- Products combined with third-party components not supplied or approved by Fût Mauricie (such as glass rinsers, faucets, or fittings).
Shipping damage
All products must be inspected upon receipt. Any visible damage to packaging or product must be reported to Fût Mauricie within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting photos of both the packaging and the damaged item. Failure to report visible damage within this time frame may result in refusal of a warranty or replacement claim. While Fût Mauricie cannot be held responsible for carrier negligence, we will work with the customer to evaluate the situation and offer a suitable solution whenever possible.
4. Warranty Claim Procedure
To submit a warranty claim, contact support@futmauricie.com and include:
- The order or invoice number;
- Clear photos or videos of the issue;
- A detailed description of the problem and installation conditions.
No claim will be processed without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
5. Limitation of Liability
Fût Mauricie’s liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or credit of the defective product. Fût Mauricie will not be liable for:
- Labor costs related to installation, removal, or reinstallation;
- Transportation, travel, or downtime costs;
- Indirect damages or loss of revenue resulting from product use.
6. Out-of-Warranty Service
Fût Mauricie may offer repair or replacement parts at a preferred rate for products no longer covered by warranty, depending on availability.
