Most of the market is resellers: they buy stock towers from a distributor, drop-ship them, and hope the finish and hole pattern match what you asked for. We're a manufacturer. We're a roughly 15-person shop, bilingual EN/FR, and we fabricate every tower ourselves. That word — fabricate — is doing real work here. It means:

  • Laser cutting of the raw sheet and tube.
  • Forming and bending to shape.

How does a tower start — before any metal is cut?

It starts in CAD, not on the shop floor. We design in parametric CAD, which means a tower isn't a fixed drawing — it's a model driven by dimensions. Change the tap spacing, the height, or the base footprint, and the whole model updates around it. That's what lets us build to your geometry instead of forcing your bar to fit a stock part.

Before we cut anything, every tower is rendered in 3D. You see your exact tower — correct proportions, correct tap layout, correct finish — and you get the specs to go with it. We turn around free 3D renderings and specs in about one business day. The point is simple: you approve the tower on screen before it exists in steel. No surprises, no “that's not what I pictured” when the crate arrives.

This is also where custom really means custom. Because the model is parametric and we own the fabrication downstream, an unusual tap count, a non-standard base, or a specific mounting condition isn't an exception we have to special-order — it's just a change to the model. What happens on the shop floor — laser, forming, welding?

Once you approve the render, the model drives the machines.

Laser cutting. The approved geometry goes straight to the laser, which cuts sheet and tube to the exact profile in the model. Because the cut comes from the same file you approved, the physical part matches the render — hole patterns for taps, cutouts for drainage and lines, base profiles, all of it.

Forming and bending. Flat and tubular stock gets formed and bent into the tower's shape. This is where a two-dimensional cut becomes a three-dimensional body.

Welding. Then it's joined. We weld two ways, and we pick deliberately:

  • TIG welding by hand — for the visible, detail-critical joints where a skilled welder's control matters most.
  • Robotic welding — where repeatability and a consistent bead earn it, especially across production runs.

The joints are the tower. A draft tower carries beer lines, sometimes glycol, and takes daily abuse at the bar — the welds are what hold all of that together over years of service. How do you finish a tower — and what finishes can I get?

A raw welded tower isn't done.
