Shipping & Returns

Orders are completely processed within 7-10 business days. Oversea deliveries can take anywhere from 7 to 16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We always aim for 100% customer satisfaction, and that you love our product. All customized products can't be returned.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
