I need a specific beer tower design but it's not showing on your website, can you do it ?

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Can I cancel my order ?
Order cancellation is available until manufacturing has begun. Once you put an order through, it will be forward to the manufacturing queue and until the process has been started you may cancel. You should let us know as promptly as possible as your order could be processed on the same day of the order.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are . Orders are completely processed within 5-7 business days. Oversea deliveries can take anywhere from 7 to 16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local freight partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Can I return my order?
We always aim for 100% customer satisfaction, and that you love our product. All customized products can't be returned. If there are any problems with your order, contact us and we will do everything we can to satisfy you completely.

We are a draft services or distribution company and we would like to resell your product, can we have distributor pricing ?
You are welcome to apply to become an FM distributor by contacting us to with the following informations : adress, business name and type (Draft beer services, wholesale, etc)
How do I report a listing error?
It may happen that we make a pricing mistake in our listings, after all we are human ! If you see one, please contact us and you may be granted a discount on your next order for letting us know our errors.
If in the case we list the wrong price on a product, we reserve the right to correct the pricing at anytime and cancel any orders.
Is there a price match policy?
We actually believe that we are one of the most competitive business in pricing on the market. If you believe that you have seen the exact same product at a lower price do not hesitate to let us know about it and we will do our best to beat it.
I would like to brand my draft beer tower with my logo, is this possible ?
Of course, we actually offer a very wide variety of branding. We have been working and branding beer towers for the most successful brands, such as Labatt InBev & Molson Coors.
